Hue Skills x SolveSquad
As we have kicked off a new year (already), it seems that things are rapidly changing and evolving around us as we speak; every day brings a new technology, a new direction, something different to consider when thinking about how to stay in the know.
Of course, we at SolveSquad realise that, more than ever, our strategic relationships and industry partners always keep us on the cutting edge when it comes to sector relevance and knowing our target market.
Which is why we are delighted to feature our newest collaborative partner, Hue Skills.
Founded as early as last year, their entire mission is centered on equipping and developing early career professionals to thrive in the workplace; with a special emphasis on investing into essential soft skill development, especially for people of colour.
It is true that professionals of colour often have to forge their own path across the sector, and often without and structured support or guidance. Hue Skills aims to ensure that every person of colour is able to adapt and develop their soft skills to utilise in their professional setting; while having a strong, growing and supportive network they can rely on as a strong foundation for their career, both for today and into the future.
In this new age of artificial intelligence and advancing automation, it is integral to professional career growth and trajectory, on a personal level, to invest into developing your own skill set and building your network.
As co-founder Vaishnavi Sarode says,
“Hue Skills was founded on the belief that early-career professionals deserve guidance...we exist to equip professionals with the soft skills and networks they need to thrive at work...by partnering with individuals and organisations to build confident, resilient careers from day one.”
By conducting helpful professional workshops, community events, and partnering with nonprofits and initiatives led by people of colour, Hue Skills is continuing their focus on deepening sustainable impact by connecting with early career professional for strategic growth opportunities and personal development.
